Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer experience team to start your return request once the minimum 30-night break-in period has passed.
Verification and Approval
Submit photos of your product and the law tag to verify it is in good condition; our team will review the details and approve your return within 2-3 business days.
Schedule a Pickup
For mattresses and large furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity partner or recycling center to schedule a professional removal from your home at no cost to you.
Receive Your Refund
Once the pickup is confirmed or small items are received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping or assembly fees.
